School visits

If you’re a librarian or educator, I would love to visit your school to speak with your students about my books and the writing process. Not only can I encourage young readers and writers, but I can also help them become better readers and writers. Through demystifying the publishing process, and showing how an idea eventually grows into a book, I can inspire students to understand the art of storytelling and how they, too, can become a published author, if that is their dream. Discussing topics from the craft of writing, to navigating publishing rejections, to even showing how a book gets a cover, we’ll unpack the steps required to create a successful book series.

To account for COVID precautions, I will be doing virtual visits via Zoom, Skype, or any other platform most convenient for the school. These sessions are just as interactive and fun, and contain all the information that in-person school visits have.

Pricing begins at $100/hour, though I will try my best to do free visits occasionally, so keep an eye on my social media for those opportunities.
